First You don't need Tensu as you can continuously normal summon during your turn. 2nd I would run 3 secret techniques. Over all I prefer the first build.

You also have secret Technique and wiretap to take care of skill drain as well as MST.

Not always there, if it's already activated then wiretap is not gonna help. Tensu is in the side to swap in if need be. you should know as well how hard Qlis are. Even Majesty's Fiend, what then? I need Tensu then.

Creature Swap for when you wanna be a douche and steal their monster. Wink

Divine Wind of Mist Valley is amazing in this deck.

2 shrine is a must! also I would drop fiendish for breakthrough, at the same time I see why you want fiendish instead. Also think about reborn tengu.

Shrine gets cloggy and is honestly a sucky card. Fiendish is nice against Necloths and other OCG terrors. Reborn Tengu isn't needed, just because he's wind doesn't mean he needs to be added.

Meh, 2 Shrine gets cloggy. Just because you can recycle Secret Technique doesn't mean it's amazing. It has it's perks, but after extensive testing with my friend Frenzyhero, we concluded 2 wasn't needed.

When I played around with the deck for weeks I never had shrine being cloggy. That could also probably how the cards fell into place.
