Okay, so since me and the staff members are struggling to come up with a solution to our testing problem, I have taken some advice, and decided to have weekly payment to staff. All staff will receive 500DP a week. Every staff member that tests a new members will gain 50DP for the test. These rules will be enforced, as of right now. All members will receive their first weekly payment, and points will be awarded for tests from now onward.
