Drop the alasham. You ain't playing burn satellars and alasham honestly just sucks, yeah 1k burn is nice but its a bad card.
Drop 2 vega, card is just bad at 3, only 1 needed to make plays
Drop the satellar spell, that card is just SHOCKING! its a bad card stopped you from making plays.
Drop the forbidden lance and upstart goblin.
Add in a 3rd ROTA and 3 pot of duality and also a 3rd mst.
for traps you need 3 vanity, 3 alpha, 3 coth, 3 breakthrough skill. thats the core 12.
A good competitive satellar deck runs about 16-20 traps.
Fill up that extra deck and side.

He chose to play a burn type aggressive style with lack of +++ and control with tellars. His style was the complete opposite of how tellars should be used. Try playing satellars with control, not burn and that aggressive.

Lacked absolutely concetration. Didn't know some of his own cards effects.

The deck in general worked well in synergy, but this build in a sense did not have synergy like any competitive tellar deck.
